Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Lead) - North Phoenix

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a rapidly growing company in North Phoenix to find a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Lead) who can guide and support an eight-person AP team. What You'll Do

  • Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis
  • Manage onboarding paperwork in Paycom
  • Support AP Supervisor and team with critical thinking-not just processing

What You Bring

  • 4+ years full-cycle AP experience, including leadership or mentoring
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Ability to excel in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or Coupa a plus
  • On-site availability in North Phoenix

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
  • $30-$31/hr (temp-to-hire)
  • Full benefits package upon hire
